With restrictions set to ease in England on July 19th, it’s essential that employers start planning and preparing for staff returning to work and adapting to the ‘new normal’. It’s highly likely that most organisations will never fully go back to their pre-pandemic way of working so it’s crucial that employers ensure their staff have all of the knowledge, skills and competencies needed for the future. Also, it goes without saying that employers need to ensure that the workplace is as Covid-safe as possible.
