No, whilst workshop-based training is a large part of what we do, in line with our belief in the 70:20:10 principle, we also coach our participants and issue work-based projects and challenges to really ensure that development embeds as required

We train teams of manager and leaders, we do not run 'open courses' since we cannot use our process within that framework and therefore cannot guarantee our results.
